This 19th Century Spanish Renaissance Revival Pine Side Table was sourced in Provence, France and dates back to the late 1800’s. Crafted from old growth pine, the piece features a single plank top resting above one large intricately hand-carved drawer. The drawer retains its original brass pulls, keyhole escutcheon plate and locking mechanism. No key is available. The base features four lyre-form legs with scrolling cut-outs. This traditional construction and the architectural silhouette are hallmarks of Spanish craftsmanship, balancing strength with decorative detail. The sides and back of the piece exhibit paneled construction that would allow the table to be beautifully floated in a room. This Late 19th Century Spanish Renaissance Revival Pine Side Table with its timeless design and warm aged patina could also serve as a desk and will be a statement piece when placed in all types of interior styles.
