Found in the South of France, this Early 20th Century French Marble Top Chest of Drawers dates back to the early 1900’s and was crafted in the grand Louis XV style which is characterized by its elegant curves, ormolu hardware and cabriole legs. The piece features a marble top in hues of brown, red, gray and white resting above three graduated drawers. Each drawer retains its original brass hardware and locking mechanism although no key is available. The body of the commode is decorated with geometric parquetry wood veneer which is very appealing to the eye. The piece rest on four legs, the front in the cabriole style and the back being straight.
