Found in England, this Early 20th Century Side Table was handcrafted by English furniture artisans from old growth oak in the early 1900’s. The piece features a square top and two leaves that are paneled. Each leaf is secured in place in the extended or unextended position with a wooden peg on the underside of the table. The top and retractable leaves are suported on a simple apron following down to hand turned barley twist legs that have been joined by simple X form stretchers. The table is raised on four hand turned feet.
