This 20th Century Chest of Drawers or Commode was crafted in the mid 1900’s from Burlwood and Walnut veneer over a pine frame. The top features a wood designed top resting above five drawers, two smaller at the top followed by three larger drawers below. Each of the drawers are hand dovetailed and retain their original intricately detailed brass hardware. The top as well as the front drawers and side panels are artfully constructed to display the beauty of the burlwood. Resting on four feet, the two front are designed in a turned column style and the back two are block style. Unique and functional this 20th Century Burlwood and Walnut Chest of Drawers will add interest and refinement to all interiors.
