Found in Provence, this 19th Century French Iron Garden Table was crafted in Northern France, specifically associated with the town of Arras in the late 1800’s. The piece features a weathered metal top resting above a column base leading to four iron scroll design legs and finsished with paw-shaped or “pieds griffes” feet. The hand-forged intricate scrollwork and paw shaped feet are characteristic of Arras, France. The round circular bottom piece is hallmarked Arras and the table exhibits years of worn paint which adds a distinct character to the piece.
