Unique metal footrest found in France. The sturdy iron frame has curled feet with stretchers. The swivelling top frame has heavy gauge iron mesh. The original grey paint has worn and aged to a wonderful patina. Two are available and are sold separately. One has an 5″long span of newer wire attaching the mesh to the frame.

This is a set of eight French oyster plates made by and marked Salins France. The Salins faience factory was established in 1857 in Salins-les-Bains, France, and in 1968 was integrated with the faience factory of Sarreguemines. Each plate consists of six wells with a spray of sea green and ridges which resemble oyster shells. The central lemon well in yellow has ridges reminiscent of a cut lemon. The set will add a midcentury touch to your table setting or as art hung on a wall.

Found in France, this vintage large capacity Aluminum Kettle is beautifully shaped with a curved handle for ease of pour. The handle is attached with metal bolts/rivets and the metal part of the handle is also riveted onto the body of the kettle. The spout is a lovely traditional shape and lid fits snugly to the kettle.

Found in the South of France, this is a vintage hotel silver plateau. Hotel silver is a very heavy silver plate, usually triple-plated over another type of metal to make it durable for hotel and commercial use. This piece has been well used and the imperfections only add to the patina.
